Harvard University is suing the Trump administration over billions in funding after the White House froze more than $2 billion in grants because the school refused to accept demands for institutional changes that the administration has said aim to address antisemitism on campus — including a ban on foreign students. Harvard says the demands are an illegal overreach and that the freezes put crucial scientific and technological research at risk. NBC’s Garrett Haake reports for TODAY.
