Michelle Keegan has subtly marked a sweet milestone in her daughter Palma’s early life after seemingly confirming her sweet nickname.

The couple, who celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary in May, announced their pregnancy joy in ahead of the New Year in December.
Michelle, 37, and Mark, 38, then announced their baby girl’s birth on March 12, a week after she made her arrival into the world. They shared the news in a sweet social media post as they shared the first picture of their bundle of joy and confirmed her unique name.
Alongside a black and white photo of them holding their new-born’s tiny hand on Instagram, Michelle and Mark told their millions of followers on March 12: “Together we have a new love to share … Our little girl. Palma Elizabeth Wright… 06.03.25.”
Since then, the actress and her presenter beau have been seen sharing some glimpses into their lives as new parents and in her latest update, Michelle subtly marked a fresh milestone.
Taking to her Instagram Story on Friday (May 9), the former Coronation Street star shared a black and white photo in which two separate scallop-edged discs could be seen sitting on top of a fluffy rug.
One featured a decorative bow and said ‘2 months’ while the other also featured the same pattern and said ‘Palma’ spelt out alongside a singular letter before her middle name, Elizabeth, was added in script writing underneath.
It comes after Michelle seemingly threw her young daughter a little party. Last weekend, she showed the decorations for the event, with a clear pink colour scheme going on.
In one of the pictures was a selection of sweets, including love hearts, pink Party Rings and pink foam mushrooms. A selection of cupcakes, pink roses and pink napkins sat by the spread.
In the caption of the post, Stockport-born Michelle said: “Princess P’s party at grandma’s,” alongside a pink bow emoji, seemingly hinting at a shortened version of her daughter’s moniker has been chosen as her nickname.
It comes after Mark’s sister Jess Wright has now given fans a rare and heartwarming glimpse into how her brother Mark and sister-in-law Michelle are settling into life as new parents to Palma.
The former TOWIE star, who is mum to son Presley, spoke about her famous family’s growing brood and how excited she is to see little Palma join the close-knit clan.
Speaking at Have a Heart gala, which she organised alongside The Brompton Foundation, Jess spoke about how Presley already has plenty of playmates, with her and Mark’s younger brother, Ebbsfleet United footballer Josh Wright, having two sons – Josh Jr and Dustin.
“Presley is so close to his cousins Josh and Dustin, and, obviously, now we’ve got Palma who is going to fit right in,” Jess gushed. “She’s adorable! They all absolutely love spending time with each other and Palma is an angel. She’s adorable, beautiful and so sweet. The boys love her and are very gentle with her.”
Assuring fans that her brother has taken to fatherhood naturally, she shared: “It’s lovely seeing [Mark and Michelle] as parents, I knew they would be incredible parents and they are.
“We’re always with each other anyway and we tell each other little bits, so there’s always room to help each other out when you have babies. It’s all such new territory.”
